this is a sad and misguided rant from the judge;she speaks in the face of commonsense and reality when she tries to act as if the defendant could not or did not make unwelcome and illicite advances towards the plaintiff. There are older men who have cheat and act criminally all the time. Also JJ acts as if the entire episode involving someone like Clarence Thomas (vs Anita Hill) never happened. How dare this man give this girl ANYTHING? Clarence Thomas was "respectable", but not unreproachable
